Necklace with found object

This is a necklace that I finished this past week. The top piece is a hollow form, and the textured was created using vintage letter stamps. I then oxidized it to bring out the texture. The middle piece is a bezel set shard of blue willow plate that was my grandmothers. It broke in one of our many moves. And the bottom bead is a black tourmaline nugget. It hang on a 16 inch rubber cord and the closure is in the front. I love this!!!!

New Necklaces

These are two necklaces that I finished yesterday. The top one is hung a rubber cord that is 17 inches in length. It is a frame with pebbles I think it is fabulous. The bottom is a hollow from focal that the texture was hand applied with a hammer. It is about 16-17 inches in total length but I could easily put an extender on it. It is turquoise nuggets. A great was to add a punch color to any outfit day or night.

A show stopper

This is an amazing ring!!! It is a great evening out piece. It measures approx. one and half inches. It is not one for the shy as you can see it from across the room and people will talk. It has a good size lab created yellow sapphire. The yellow is very intense. It is comfortable enough for everyday. It is spectacular!!! A must see, and a show stopper.

A little necklace

This is a little necklace that I made today. It would be very suitable for everyday wear and a great little necklace for a more formal occasion. It is a hollow form with a fresh water pearl and black tourmaline. It hangs from a 16 inch snake chain. It is just fantastic!

Peridot

This is a lovely ring with a great little peridot. I love the green of peridot, this one is a lime-ish color. I didn't put any texture on this piece. As much as I love texture I also really love the simple look of the silver as it is. This is a great ring to wear everyday.

Necklace and parts

Yesterday I was in the studio after that long heat wave we had. I made a new necklace for Worcester Center for Crafts's store. It is hollow formed, roller printed, and it has several ball of silver and two balls of 14k gold on it. I am more then pleased with it. I also started making several new pieces to send down to Traillworks. I think that it was a rather productive day even thought it took me awhile to get going in my studio.
